Came home last night from daycare… “Daddy, you need to show me a
picture of rust”. Really… rust? If I hadn’t found out 15 minutes
earlier that the letter of the day was “R” and that they needed red
chalk at school to be able to make a rainbow, but would have seemed even
odder.

But apparently water makes rust, and rust makes things break.

And here I thought teaching him the difference between “liquid” and
“solid” at 3 was maybe pushing it…
